Share the Dignity Adelaide, which aims to provide homeless and at risk women in Adelaide with sanitary products and personal items at a time that they need it the most and with a sense of dignity. No woman should suffer the indignity of choosing between eating and buying sanitary and personal items after suffering domestic violence or at a time that they are most vulnerable.
As part of Share the Dignity, we put packs together (toiletry bags and wet bags) that people can have that include: (females – sanitary items and discreet bags), everyone (male and female): toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, shampoo, conditioner, bar of soap, packet of tissues, a shower sponge/loofah, deodorant, insect repellent wipes and sunscreen and (if available) small tube of shaving cream and razor (for men).
